Angled Hands

Typing with your wrists angled inward (radial deviation) or outward (ulnar deviation) strains the tendons in your wrists. To reduce this strain, try to keep your arms and hands in a straight line. If you hold your elbows close to your sides as you type, it will be easier to maintain this straight line.
